The Firm

ASKESIS brings together business Lawyers whose principal activity is providing legal advice on corporate activities (corporate law, finance law, contracts), corporate taxation and taxation of individuals, litigation and intellectual property (http://www.askesis.fr).

Presentation of the position

You will be responsible for execution and follow-up of formalities for the “Corporate” department and for managing the calendars of approval of the annual accounts of our client companies. Depending on your experience, the position may also include the drafting of ordinary documents in corporate law, under the supervision of the collaborators or partners of the Firm. You also be responsible for tracking the disbursements incurred for our clients and for billing from the Firm.

Profile sought

  • You have previous experience in legal formalities for all types of operations in corporate law (including establishment, annual legal follow-up, restructuring operations and liquidations);
  • Practice of professional English (written/spoken). Knowledge of Italian would be appreciated;
  • University training in legal field;
  • You are very motivated in rigorous;
  • You wish to join a firm which is growing.

Offer of collaboration - Corporate Law/Contracts department

Experience desired: Beginner to 3 years

Presentation of the position

You will be involved with various issues related to corporate law, contract law and finance law within the “Corporate Law” department of our firm, for clientele made up of companies mainly specialised in technology or innovation (products and services, including financial services).

Profile sought

  • You are the holder of the CAPA and of a 3ème cycle en Droit des Affaires (graduate degree in Business Law) (DJCE or equivalent)
  • You have an excellent level in English (written/spoken). Knowledge of Italian would be appreciated
  • You are motivated and rigorous.
  • You have good writing skills and wish to join a growing firm.

  • Capable of working in English.

Assignment

  • Collaboration with Lawyers in various operations (appointments with clientele, drafting of documents, research on legal texts and case law…);
  • Preparation of public interventions, and monitoring of legal and judicial news.
